TROOP 41 – NOVEMBER BICYCLE TRIP<\/p>\n

Where:  Meet at East Lakeview Drive – 1 block east of Mill Ave on Washington.
\n        Parking lot under Loop 202
\nWhen:   Depart Saturday, November 4,  2017 at 8:00am – Riding at 9:00am<\/span><\/span>
\nRiders are responsible for transporting their bikes to the meeting location.  Plan on 2 \u00bd to 3 hour ride time.<\/p>\n

We will be riding east of Tempe town lake, north side to Scottsdale green belt, north, past bird sanctuary, Big Surf ,the Edge Skate Park, Frisbee golf course and 5 lakes, stopping at community center.  The ride is 6 miles long.  We will be returning the same route, stopping at a water feature park to cool off and get wet.<\/p>\n

Average pace is 6 mph, roadies, cruisers,mountain bikes, BMX and city bikes all ok.
\nTrail is paved.
\nThere are water fountains and rest rooms along route , but be sure to bring along water.<\/p>\n

Required Gear:

\nSnacks
\nHelmets
\nSunscreen
\nRecommended spare tube \/ tire changing kit<\/p>\n
