\nWhen: January 21 \u2013 22, 2017. Depart Saturday at 7:30 AM from Madison #1 parking lot.
\nPlan on returning late Sunday afternoon.
\nInfo: A 5 to 6 mile overnight hike in the Aqua Fria National Monument. We will backpack
\nalong the river to the mouth of Baby Canyon where we will set up camp. Day hike up
\nBaby Canyon along Bishop Creek to explore several Hohokam ruins. Hike up to Perry
\nMesa and walk along the ridge before dropping back down to our Aqua Fria campsite.
\nExpect a relatively easy to moderate hike. Be prepared to get your feet wet.<\/p>\n

\n\u2010 First Aid Kit
\n\u2010 Water Bottles or Camelback (2 liters)
\n\u2010 Water Filter or purification tablets (share\/patrol)
\n\u2010 Flashlight\/head lamp
\n\u2010 Mess Kit
\n\u2010 Toilet Kit
\n\u2010 Hiking Clothes \/ Change of Clothes
\n\u2010 Hiking Shoes\/Boots & Shoes for water crossings
\n\u2010 Backpack Stove & fuel (share\/patrol)
\n\u2010 Cooking pans\/pots (share\/patrol)
\nMeals: Saturday Breakfast \u2013 Eat before leaving or on the way
