Greek Fest

Troop 41 fundraiser. Serving at the Greek Fest.

Expectations: 1 shift for 1 Scout and 1 Adult from each family. Shifts are ~4 hours.

Troop 41 works this fundraiser every year.  Our responsibilities include clearing tables, washing trays, picking up trash and taking the trash to dumpsters.

Saturday – 11am – 10pm
Sunday – 11am – 8pm

Hi all – please follow these guidelines when signing up online.

1 – Please only sign up for one shift.  We have over 60 scouts and parents that need to work.  When it gets closer to the Greek Fest, and there are open slots at that time, then you can sign up for extra shifts.  Keep in mind, that it doesn’t matter how many shifts you or your son work, everybody gets the same amount of credit.

2 – Be sure to enter the number of slots for you and your son.  Example, if you and your son are working, enter the slot count as ‘2’ and then enter your names in the alternate name section.  Another alternative is to leave the slot count at ‘1’ and sign up two different times for the same shift (example John Smith will sign up and then Joe Smith will sign up separately)

3 – if there are not enough slots for a particular shift that you want to work, please consider working a different shift.  Example – if there are two open slots, but there are three in your family that need to work.  Find a shift that has three open slots and sign up for those.

4 – Everybody that is working needs to sign up online, so we can account for the hours on the sign up site vs who signed in/out at the festival.
