TROOP 41 CLAY TARGET SHOOTING EVENT
EAGLE AND TROOP FALL COURT OF HONOR
It’s time for our annual fall camp out and Court of Honor at Howard Nute’s Ranch in Seven Springs. We will depart from Madison #1 on Saturday, November 12th at 7:30am and head to Ben Avery Shooting Range for a day of target shooting.
Money will be needed for shotguns, ammo, ear and eye protection.
All day pass:
Adults 18+ – $7.00
Children 5 to 17 – Free
Ammo – $8.00 per box (25 rounds)
Sporting Clays – $10.00 per round – 25 clays
$20.00 per round – 50 clays
$30.00 per round – 100 clays
Ear Plugs – .50
Eye Protection – $1.75
Total (if shooting 25 clays) – $20.25 for kids; $27.25 for adults.
If renting shotguns, add $20.00 to the above cost.
Bring sack lunch.
Once we are done shooting, we will drive the shooting participants to Howard’s Ranch for our Court of Honor events starting at 4:00. Parents are welcome to join us at Ben Avery or meet us at the ranch – see the attached map below and on the Court of Honor calendar entry for directions to the ranch.
Boys will need their Class A’s for the Court of Honor. There are changing facilities available at the ranch.
In honor of Veteran’s Day weekend, we will have a flag retirement ceremony immediately following the Troop Court of Honor.
Everybody is also welcome to spend the night at the ranch. For anybody not spending the night, the evening should conclude around 9:00pm.

We’ll break out the troop grille and fire up some bratwursts for our main course
Everybody else is asked to bring sides, salads, desserts, drinks, etc
Bring chairs, blankets and flashlights
Equipment list for participants spending the night:
Sunday breakfast (including stove, fuel and mess kit)

Sleeping pad and sleeping bag
